Your credit card will be required at the time of booking to ensure your reservation.  We respectfully request 24 hour cancellation notice for all treatments and services.  No shows and less than 24 hours cancellation notice will be charged the FULL service amount on all advanced payments or prepaid services.

As a courtesy to our other guests please turn off your cell phones and pagers upon entry to Whole Health Colorado.

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards as forms of payment. We also now have Chase AAdvantage for easy application at the front desk that may allow you to purchase larger packages at an interest-free program cost. Check with the front desk receptionist for details and brochure.

Full Payment is expected at time of service, unless other arrangements have previously been made and approved.

Gratuities are not included in the price of our services; however, they may be given at your discretion.
